Basic/Heavy Attack Scaling

Hello.
I understand that the damage from most class skills scale from Magicka while the damage from most weapon skills scale from Stamina.
My question however concerns the Basic and Heavy attacks made by weapons (Bow, Dual Wield, etc) with left and right mouse buttons. Do those also scale off Stamina or are unrelated with these attributes? I have read conflicting opinions concerning such mechanics, so I was looking for some solid information about this and not just how you think it works. Thanks!

Bloodgharm✭✭✭They scale off of weapon damage for melee and bow weapons and spell damage for staves. There might also be an aspect of them that scales off of max stamina/magicka. Just look at the attack value on your weapons...that's pretty much your answer.0 -
