Either EU servers are broken or ESO deleted WW spawn locations (and probably Vampire too) from game. I have been checked every moon cycle for last few weeks... sometimes multiple times per cycle and yet...
...So where they be gone? Looks like ZOS nuked them from the game without telling anyone...

Yes yes but I have been playing in off peak times... and been at the location right as they should appear (when moons appear). Not to mention all 3 zones. Plus others who are also looking for them report nothing there as well... just standing around all night it is sad nonetheless.
B4, in like the months post launch, WW's used to be "everywhere all the time". Now they don't exist at all it appears...Indeed it is so...0 -
Corpsage✭✭✭@TheGrandAlliance I'm not sure what to tell you here except keep trying. I was able to get a natural bite a few weeks ago to regain the gift of Hircine on my EP character. I'm not sure if it matters but they spawned in The Rift. ✭✭✭✭✭The moon phase is not a reliable indication for when they spawn. There may be a greater chance for them to spawn on a full or new moon, but it is not a guarantee. Also, the last two times I saw them, there was a crescent moon up.0 -

Yes I know about this... however now it doesn't matter what phase of moon it is... they just aren't there period. Last Spawn period was 2 hours ago in EU server but yet nothing again.Indeed it is so...0
