Stablemasters sweeping in the rain?

I visited a stablemaster to level up a horse on one of my alts. My GF was looking over my shoulder, and noticed he was sweeping outside while it was raining. She also found it funny that he was kicking up a dust cloud whilst doing it.

All jokes aside, this is immersion breaking and absolutely ruins my in game experience. Not really, it's just amusing. Maybe the guys who spend their day figuring out what icons to change can look into giving us weather appropriate idle animations.

    The stables are covered, and still have to be cleaned. It would still kick up dust, because the entire point of the stable is to protect the horses and materials from the weather. I don't get why this is confusing or odd.

    Also, weather effects are not synced. So, while it was raining to you it may not be raining to anyone else nearby. Don't ask why though.

    This was the stable in Malabol Tor (sp). The guy was sweeping outside in the rain.

    Not a big deal, just really amusing. It was simply funny to see.

    Go to Daggerfall in the middle of a lightning storm. Look at all the players who don't know to come out of the rain.

    Can you really blame the NPCs when they follow their example?

    That issues have i been ask them to fix for that is really mess up immersion when you are in group which im alot with my GF it can be rain for me and she can have sunshine or other way around and we stand in same spot honest ZoS that cant be hard issues to fix can if any that can really absolutely ruins your in game experience.

    Wow.. Thats.. Dissappointing. Weather must be client based... This leads me to question if its possible to mod the game to be enternal sunshine? I don't like when it gets dark =P

    I think it's only weather that's client-based, not day/night cycles, because otherwise the whole werewolf/vampire thing would get really complicated with some people shouting "Hey, werewolf spawns!" in zone chat and other people shouting "WTF, it's noon, you troll!"

    Just a thought. :P
