First thing. 4 piece shadowwalker is kind of a waste. You could wear another piece of nightmother for more crit. Do your daggers have precise on them with all Gold gear?

I'd say it's still better to stack weapon damage. Crit's are only like 1.5x sooo
So while on PTS (if I'm not crashing) I decided to try and create a 100% crit build for Khajiits since they're rocking more crit and actually have stamina recovery now. However, I'm unable to test it much because I crash so much (looking at you ZOS) so I decided to post it here. What I'm really looking for it constructive criticism. Is 100% crit still viable or should I be devoting more of my resources into max stamina or stamina recovery, etc.
The build does rely on using a potion every 45 seconds, and the potion only lasts 40 seconds so there is 5 seconds of downtime where I'll have 90% crit instead of 100%. I use the VR10 drink that increases stamina and magicka recovery and panaceas of weapon power for additional stamina recovery, major brutality, and (of course) 10% additional critical.
I use 5 piece Hunding's Rage (4 armor, 1 dagger, 1 bow), 3 piece night mother (2 armor, 1 dagger), and 4 piece shadow walker (3 jewerelly, 1 armor).
With no potion boost (5 second downtime):
Potion boost:
Bow back bar(with potion boost):
So yeah, there you have it. Is 100% crit too much or should I tone it down a bit and get more max stamina/recovery/weapon damage or whatever.

In order for this build to work, I take advantage of the Pressure Points passive, which increases crit with every Assassination ability I have slotted. I have Incapacitating Strike as the ulti, then I use Killer's Blade, Ambush, Double Take, and Piercing Mark. I also have Surprise Attack from the Shadow skill line as my source of burst. However, there is a way around having to use so much Assassination abilities (for example, I would much rather prefer mass hysteria on my front bar, and piercing mark on my back bar). Currently, most of my gear is purple including my weapons. If I can get everything to gold, I'll have more divines, my armor sets will give more crit, and my precise trait will be higher.

That sounds good. Also if you have not already, i would try using The Shadow mundus stone and putting Divines on all your gear if possible. Also can you still achieve above 90% crit if you switch to using swords over daggers? Or maybe sharpened maces? I feel crit and armor ignore would work well.

Yeah, I know, but I really couldn't help myself.

Yeah, I'm planning on using The Shadow once the next patch is released. I don't think i can get 90% crit with sharpened maces, but I have some so I can definitely try.panemetcircenses wrote: »Hehe... criticism...

Yes
Where did you hear this? If something is hard capped, won't the text become yellow to indicate it's hard capped? My crit says it's at 100%.
