I don't mind Two hand.. but it's right handed.
I don't mind Destruction Staff...but it's right handed.
I don't mind Restoration Staff.... but it's right handed.
Bow's are also right handed. Were all the left handed people sacrificed?
Shield's in the left hand for a lefty? I don't think so.
Duel Wield some what Left handed.... but the skill's suck.
Should there be a left handed toggle in option's to allow all weapon's to be left handed?

It could be done with a matrix transform added to the graphics pipeline at the right place. It would flip some armor around like Skoria shoulders that appear on one side but maybe that'd be a way to announce to the world you're a southpaw (Ooh, now I want to make my Khajiiti a leftie -- a real south "paw")

Not necessarily... they could just code a horizontal swap type thing. Sure, not as easy as that, but not as hard as redoing each animation.

Being left-handed myself, I would really like it. Since our characters are linked to us, after all.

That's true that previous TES games only allow you to equip your shield in your left hand... so I guess ESO is in keeping with that.
And yea... on the list of "things to do" this would be about on the bottom rung of the list. Right next to- Add Secund's reflection in the water.
