How exactly does the 5-item effect work? Tried looking into it but no one has ever said anything about it.

    When you resurrect someone, you get 2 filled soulgems of your level (not the level of the soulgem you used).

    It does exactly what it says it does gives you two soul gems when you resurrect a player with a cool down. I hope you are not consider wasting your time on that five piece bonus. The regens make a great off set item bonus to a primary set particularly for tanks with one pieces being shield. After a while playing you will have more gems than you will ever use without that wasted bonus. That is one set that needs a revamp to reduced resurrect time at least if not something new all together.

    No I do not plan to use this set I was simply seeking clarification in case there was something off about it but thanks for the info all.

    If you go to weeping Wamasu falls in shadowfen, there is a crafting station with Whitestrakes Retribution in it which gives you a point damage shield* when you fall below 35% health, it occurs no more than once every 15 seconds.

    (*the value of the damage shield varies depending on the material used in that particular station.)

    P.s. Whitestrakes Retribution is Ideal for Dragonknights & Templars looking for an edge in PvE content since they make good tank classes.
    If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...

    If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.
