If a dual wield skill could get a buff/rework, which one should it be?

Pretty much the title.
Hidden blade is getting Major Brutality but i feel like this wont change much.
If i could change a dw skill i would change Flurry. Buff the damage so Nb's player's use Flurry over Veiled Strike.
I think Blade Cloak should get touched up aswell.
What about you guy's?

Bloodgharm✭✭✭Twin SlashesI've said it before, and I'll say it again: Blood craze needs to heal irrespective of the bleed dot. That or change the bleed dot to work on all enemies. It becomes a useless skill against undead and dwemer constructs.
I'd also vote to make blade cloak a little more effective. The aoe damage reduction just isn't enough and the meager aoe damage it puts out just isn't worth it imo. Change the damage reduction to 20% all incoming damage (like major evasion) and/or add in a minor brutality buff instead of giving major brutality to hidden blade.0 -

✭✭I feel like Flurry need's a huge Damage Buff. It is so bad.

RavenSworn✭✭✭✭✭Blade CloakBlade cloak currently has no buff except for Mobility. Should have allowed the major savagery buff on to blade cloak, instead of brutality imo but having brutality would make dual wield on par with two handers.
However twin slashes need some love too, imo have it heal on the initial hit and have the heal be 70% of the hit to balance it.Ingame: RavenSworn, Pc / NA.

✭✭Hidden BladeHidden Blade on pts does less damage than on live even though very few people used it as main damage skill. I think they should revert that change.

Twin slashes and bleeds in general need to work on everything, much like fire works against a fire atronach. Bleeds also need to work against shields.
Flurry needs its damaged upped slightly, or to apply a secondary effect like a minor fracture.0 -

I agree, Black Cloak should be 20% damage reduction in general. Which could make Nb's have a possible Tank build. Also i think most short duration skill's should be 30 second's minimum. 15 second's is to short.
Flurry need's a big damage increase. It's easy to just spam Surprise Att and achieve more damage. Surprise Attack dosent miss often since it's intent compared to Flurry, also it's worth mentioning you can be stunned during flurry's channel.

Flurry is just in a bad spot. I Don't no where it fit's. Surprise Att is 100% the better option. Which should be changed.

But for other classes that dont have surprise attack... Flurry would be a good choice. But if its true flurry doesnt proc surge then thats not good.Ingame: RavenSworn, Pc / NA.

Reeko✭✭✭✭Twin SlashesWhy try and make blade flurry better than veiled strike? Everyone can get blade lurry. Veiled strike is a class ability and as such should be better. It lowers enemy armor/spell resistance while also increases yours through the passive!0
