I only played Skyrim, does not mean that I am closed to the rest of Elder Scroll (otherwise I would not be playing this game anymore) So now I wonder, at want point did the Falmer (before they got blind and monster-like) lived around, in Skyrim only 2 are found besides the monster ones so I wonder.

if Eso is second era and Skyrim 4th era, then there is a whole era in between where many many things can happen right? Or is 3rd era Oblivion?

The Falmer were mutated as a result of the manipulations of the Dwemer after the Dwemer agreed to take them in to protect them from the Nords (well, I guess you could say the proto-Nords, as they were settling from Atmora). This was early in the First Era - the exact time frame isn't clear, but it was likely around 1E 100-200 that the Falmer were disappearing from the surface world.

As far as the timeline of the games goes, it's as follows (excluding the smaller spin-off games):

2E 582 - ESO
3E 389 - Arena
3E 405 - Daggerfall
3E 427 - Morrowind
3E 433 - Oblivion (note - the end of the game marks the end of the third era)
4E 201 - Skyrim
