Unless you are trying to be funny, you know, I know, EVERYONE should know, that ZOS did not intend the mitigation your build or anyone's similar build running around in PvP. That's why the quest for balance continues. Exploiting simply means taking advantage of, and you and a bunch others did. No real harm in that. If ZOS wants things to be different it needs to keep tweaking things.

And I have no idea how you or anyone else put their build together nor do I care. I don't even know what the lvl 35 next to me in Cyrodiil is running.

Above all else it's all about champ points these days.

If you go back post history and read the allegations about me with made up things like mist for exploit and blowhards stating they know exactly what I am doing...blah blah blah. Then the seducer costume is the exploit and how she does it..blah blah blah. Then it was the emote exploit blah blah blah. Then I get people telling me their exploits in hope that I will share some mystery with them. Then so many tells about people stating they are meeting with the developers and we figured you out..blah blah blah...enjoy the ban...etc etc etc.

Many think they are a big shots, the arrogance abound in their tells and posts on here. Thy either cant kill me or cant't catch me and that makes them sooo mad. They then say just ignore her, shes trash, waste of time..blah blah blah but then chase me halfway across the map...LOL ....and often to their demise.

Now it's they befriend or threaten method, befriending certainly is a better option..perhaps why the GOS invited, I am not sure yet, I am no fool I can assure you. The threaten method is the later with either vulgar tells from people trying to figure out my real life information. They send me tells trying making accusations about where I live, work, names. etc. This I take personal and every attempt is being documented by me and ZOS.

In the end, it sure has been a f-ing blast being Blinxey

Just for the record I've never messaged you, only responded to your trolls. What I have done is recorded you and discussed exactly what you're doing. As a theorycrafter that has always been enjoyable for me. Even if you told me exactly what you're doing I'd never use it because it is a pretty boring style of play when you can't be killed unless you want to. I know your build has quite a few limitations and your damage is extremely weak. If I really cared *that much* I'd parse the good 40-50 minutes of video of I have of myself fighting you and your friends and narrow it down quite a bit but at the end of the day I found that ignoring you is the best option as there are more enjoyable players to fight. I wouldn't take it personal as I find myself ignoring more and more sorcs on the battlefield because spending 5 minutes+ of time to kill one player isn't fun at all unless I'm playing around with them.

I've always been reasonably certain what you've been doing isn't a hack. The only "Hack" I've ever been made aware of was the speed hack which (I think) was fixed. I've heard numerous groups telling me they know exactly what you're doing and it's all different. I *have* seen others with almost as much mitigation so I know that some people probably know or are running a lesser version of the build you're using. I do know you used to die regularly in the day because I killed you then even thought you were very difficult to kill for your VR level. That said, ZoS evidently never can fix loopholes or balance things correctly, instead they do botched jobs to fix things they feel are too strong because they don't know how to fix the loophole itself.

Perhaps if you weren't such a troll people wouldn't be so hostile towards you. Your regular taunting posts and tells to people are the chief reason you're hated.

I too can post vids of you chasing me for miles (guess that's how you ignore me?), then I have killed you multiple times. Now either I can be your white wale forever or you can just stop now...shrug

Interesting thread. Publius is eloquent and well reasoned, a far cry from his in-game persona. I rather like this Publius.

And Blinx is every bit as tedious as in-game. Not one bit of entertainment to be had. Leaving aside any allegations of hacking or exploiting, I've often asked how that build and playstyle is even fun for them. I think that just jumping around while people unloaded on me without dealing damage would be a big yawn. I think that fighting them is a big yawn, and won't even engage anymore unless they escalate to sieging, maybe. Even that's just to draw people out to be farmed most of the time.

Actually you sent me a tell right after I chased you in the youtube video I posted of you. I probably still have the video with the tell....something about "you can't kill me son" or other. I've never messaged you (I don't message anyone in game) only reply.
I chase you all the time to record video to test out theories which is which "exploit" you're using. Our last encounter I wanted to test out bashing against you which had some surprising effects. I'm reasonably certain ZoS didn't intend for players to mitigate 95% of the damage they take, especially while at rest or unaware they're about to be attacked. If you think that is fair, so be it, you wouldn't be the first person who toes the line in this game. Yeah you've got the killing blows on me several times, but always when I'm fighting a group of you, other players, or in the case of cracked wood cave, ignoring you for 10 minutes while you chain cast on me before you finally kill me with the assistance of the the boss goblin mob and a pack of others. Bravo there....

I never mentioned that I sought your personal information...I had your personal information given to me and judging by the trail you left, that's your fault not mine. I just used a bit of ammo on what was given to me to respond to another of your troll posts but didn't say anything specific. I remember seeing few times you just standing there hands down, no block, no casting while 5 people hitting you non-stop and your health barely moves. I do not know what you are doing to achieve that, but imagine all players able to do that, how much fun would that be for everyone.

I have an idea. Most of us are changing our builds around, in some cases drastically, come 1.7. I thought I read someplace you mentioning how 1.7 was going to hurt your current build. If that is the case, then why don't you discuss your gear selections and talents so the number crunchers can have fun picking it apart. The worst case scenario is the wannabes copy your build and fail at it because, well, they aren't you and are not accustomed to it. In the best case scenario, a section of the community owes you an apology. Either way, you win.

Any way, I want to point something out in regards to the "personal and threatening" you mentioned earlier. I don't know if any one in this community has ever sought you out for physical harm. It was not my intent anyway. Some of us figured out things about you (maybe we'll see you on the TV show Catfish sometime) because there was a running theory you were doing work for Bethesda and/or ZOS. Upon investigating that theory, by means of your google account(s), photobucket (or whatever photo sharing service you used in the past), linkedin, etc...your identity was revealed, along with the allegations of exploiting in an older game you used to play (I can't recall the title right now, Asheron's Call or something). I don't believe there was ever any intent for harassment or harm (Then again, I'm not the one receiving your PMs).

In the end, you love this game and we love this game because we are still playing it despite it's faults. All we want is a fair playing experience and a level playing field. If you are indeed cheating, you will eventually be caught. But the lack of integrity is on you, and trust me, in the end game it's never worth the risk. I had respect for several youtubers around here, but have since stopped watching them because of these "minor" exploits they have revealed to be using.

Furthermore, you already contributed to the attempt of stalking by insinuating personal information and at the very least could be sent a subpoena and questioned, shall I go into the federal statutes that make it illegal, it does not have to be about physical harm either, it can simply be to "harass, or intimidate, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person in another State or tribal jurisdiction or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States" I also have a caller ID number saved I am suspicions of. Do you want to play a real life game, really?
