Why are the inferno morphs useless

Ones weapon damage which is useless as inferno increase spell crit so people aren't going to use a weapon
One gives you magicka back if the fireball kills an enemy, even the fb only does 3.3k over 6 seconds... and even then it's 116 magicka returned.

I honestly dont understand the spell...
-Lowers magic regen or max magic (I think) right?
-Has to be slotted TWICE, as it turns off when you change ability bars
-Only hits a guy, for LOW dmg, every 6 seconds? Useless
I dont get this spell..I think i am missing something but it seems complexity useless...Tripped over my friends bra.....

pretty sure it adds wep crit not damage? its like a alternative to magelight that doesnt lower magicka stuff. and as a bonus it does a bit of damage sometimes? if anything complain about magelight? its a better version and can work for stam builds too~House Indoril~

yeah weapon crit i mean't , but stamina builds would slot something else like expert hunter, it's a spell crit spell thats boost weapon crit?PS4 EU DC
