^ or some people are rich enough to afford it. Not rich myself though.

10k crown is like $30+? Or perhaps they will use the crowns they get from eso plus.

Rich people don't get rich by splurging out money on stuff like this - they have a hoarder mentality when it comes to money.

    Well I think 5500 crows is $40...

I was tempted to go all out and buy the Dwemer style, but then I found my first Dwemer crafting page and realised that if I did I wouldn't get the same excitement again when I found another - I actually don't mind the obscene RNG rates attached to some of these drops - it's nice to keep some things as actually being 'rare' and exciting to find

5500 crowns for $40, so 11000 for $80 assuming you want to get the best value for your hard earned cash, this would cost you $72.73 rounded up. Quite a fair bit off from $100. I'd pay it just for the ability to make piles of gold charging crafting fees.

He said nearer. He didn't say it was 100. Seeing as how he was responding to a guy who asked if 10k crowns was around 30 bucks he was right.

Well by that logic he could say it's nearer to $115.45 and still be correct by one cent.

$70+ real money to make thousands in fake money that can easily be made other ways doesn't make sense but asking to pay that money for something they're adding in game for free makes even less sense.

I just posted a thread in the Crafting section about how ridiculous this fragments/chapters nonsense is. Expecting us to grind out collecting 140 Rare items, with our limited inventories, just to learn a single motif is such an epic fail.

But of course my post was moderated almost immediately, as Im sure this one will.

WELL I DONT AGREE!!! Having to collect 420 rare drops to make one thing is ridiculous. Better they ONLY release the new motifs in the crown store for absurd prices so we can all skip the foreplay and get right to pay to win everything from here out.

Take into consideration that us USD. For some people like myself, the cost would be over $100. So not worth it. Just like Imperial City isn't.

PS: What's the point of having a motif when a lot of people are going to wear costumes any ways. That's how I am viewing this.

Back to topic.. Heck no! At least I would not pay $80.00! If it was bundled with something else maybe
To be honest I would be embarrassed to be seen wearing it at that price.

That is in USD, I'm in U.S. And for some of us $70 isn't a big deal to spend on a game we enjoy and don't mind supporting, and for those of you criticizing $$ spenders, guess what, you welcome that we pay for your servers.

Seriously, the full Dwemer is only 5000 crowns
Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

By the way... you don't like my opinion you can follow your own advice. A lot of people feel the same way I do. No one minds a reasonable price, but 10k Crown store price for a motif is not reasonable. If they would actually release decent content, and stop going back on their word a lot sooner than now, they wouldn't have been losing the players they have. Now, they are just going to be loosing more of them.

Enjoy the game when it shuts down.

Idea - make these pages legible, like Dwemer pages, and make them drop off bosses. THEN with all the pages use the mastic to make the motif.
And the Crown copy should just be 5k

Zenimax removed my comment, so I'll say it again in a different way, only someone who isn't the full wit would pay 10000 crowns for something like that
My biggest fear in life is, ending up marrying a girl who is lactose intolerant, think about it you would have to purchase double the amount of milk every week, cause you enjoy the goodness of full cream milk and she is drinking soy beans, and her milk takes up extra room in the fridge, or when you are doing a midnight run to the fridge to get a nice cup of milk and to accidentally pour some Soy milk. I couldn't imagine a worst way to do married life. - Barry Scott

The cash shot is already pretty expensive with $30 dollar mounts at least those are account bound.

Are motifs from the crown store account bound? Or no?
