Is this normal for PS4? I thought they were supposed to fix this in the last patch? Are they still working on it or is something very wrong with my system?

It's just the game trying to load the area.
Black silhouette players are there to prevent "invisible players" from attacking you (only in PvP, -- no useful thing in PvE)
I'd rather have -> Black figures then turn into players after the game is loaded.
Than -> No figures at all (every person is invisible) then turn into players after the game is loaded.0 -

Ok thanks, sometimes it takes 2-3 mins to load, just seems a bit excessive at times so I wanted to make sure I wasn't having a problem with the system.0
