How to recover deleted character?

Hello I had a level 47-48 Dragonknight and deleted it by accident and I read somewhere on here that they can be restored and have thread here saying they did so for them. I have sent a ticket and its been 2 days or so and still no reply at all

if they can restore, make sure you have an empty character slot for them to put it back into
