Different Champion Points Amount for Equal Players?

Hello,

I play ESO with my gf and we both are VR6, almost with the same amount of XP, and still enlightened, however, she has 5 more champion points than me.

Why is this? If we have the same amount of experience points, we are enlightened so earning champion points at the same rate, how she got to have 5 more champion points than me?

unless u lvled to VR3-4 before CP came out and she caught up to u after the cp systeme launched

If you both reached vet1 after the champion system was added and both don't have other veteran rank characters then this probably happened because you took longer breaks between playing than she did. You can store up enlightment of 14 days inactivity at the moment, but it used to be only 3 days in the past. So if during that time she got 100k xp each day and you got 400k xp every 4 days, she would have got more cp while leveling veteran ranks at the same speed as you.

That or a mothballed VR1+ char at the time of CP introduction? Higher number of experience points at time of conversion? You actually got more than what you would have earned for initial CP on conversion, so if she was ahead at that time, that could be the reason.

We always play together, same times, same days, so no Khajiit nor another VR character for sure. Well... on second thought, there is this J'darzi Khajiit she visits often in Riften to sell/buy from..., LOL!

Joking aside, sometimes she plays alone in the laptop for 30 mins or 1 hour while I do some work on the PC, so it was probably what lolo_01b16_ESO and Leandor say. She may have some extra time playing alone on that period after reaching VR1 with the 100K and 400K XP rates.

Well, Im experienced with CPs, Ive 3 alts, and go back and forth with them, and CP works like it should.
