im an aldmeri so ive never seen it. is it the biggest city or something cus Elden root is fairly big.

Igglez✭✭Nothing. Rawl'kha in Repears March is the best city, purely because the wayshrine is so close to the bank, craft stations and NPC's.0 -
Velyn Harbour is better for crafters. Everything is in one spot, right outside the bank.
Igglez is right about Rawl'Kha being best for a visit to the bank though.0
