Abilities randomly turn off

Anyone having problems with abilities randomly turning off and also becoming unable to interact with the environment on PS4? I press buttons and nothing happens, can't cast or interact with anything at all. Only way to fix it is to log off and back on.

Sandshark95✭✭✭Yes (on PS4), but it rarely gets so bad that I have to relog. Same thing was happening to me yesterday. It's the lag. When it does, usually I'll stop hitting buttons and wait for a short period of time for the game to get caught up with me. Sometimes I can't use my abilities or interact with anything for a few seconds, up to 20-30 seconds even. I've yet to get 'stuck' in this annoying state as you described, but I've feared it would happen several times.
It seems that for me at least, if the game encounters an issue, it typically will just crash to dashboard and I'll have to restart the application. Very rarely have I been kicked to just the start menu; when I have, I've had to restart the app anyway because it wouldn't cooperate. Haven't had to relog as much since they 'fixed' the invisible NPC thing (sometimes what's-her-face in the Daggerfall Bank still doesn't show up...).0 -

ghostwise✭✭✭It happened to me yesterday in a dungeon a few times. Couldn't throw heals or progress a quest for almost 5 minutes. Once I plugged my controller in it all worked again. Idk.

I have all of those problems as well, I still have to problem with invisible ppl as well, most of the time when I zone in somewhere or start the game all I see are black forms running around and npc's can take up to a full minute to appear.0 -
Mitchblue✭✭✭✭When I was on PS4 it happened 2-3 times a week. My guy could move but no skills, and weapons disappear. Several minutes later I'd either be dead or a 100 yards from where I was. Huge lag I assumed.Anyone else rooting for Molag Bal?0 -
ontheleftcoast✭✭✭✭✭For toggle effects and weapon swapping this can be fatal. Lag was getting so bad for me the other day I finally broke down and removed ~ for weapon swapping. I couldn't tell which weapon I was using. So now I use '6' for the primary and '7' for the secondary weapon and never have to guess if the lag ate my weapon swap.
