Getting trapped in doors - Glitch

Not sure where I should have posted this so appreciate if this needs to be moved:
A couple of times I've had a bit of a glitch where an enemy will throw me back and I get trapped in a door, between two areas. I can usually get out of it by opening the door but if I'm under attack I'm obviously unable to do so. Plus, whilst I'm trapped I can't attack so I just watch myself die slowly </3
It has only happened a couple of times but thought I would mention it in case anyone else had similar problems
