Criminals and bag expansion.

So I noticed something today.

After making a dedicated criminal that moire or less pickpockets and murders everything in sight, I decided to upgrade my bags after a while. However I've come to find that no bag expansion NPC's want to talk to me. Granted it makes perfect sense that they wouldn't honestly, however this is also an important gamfeture and still should be available to criminals. (unless it is and I just haven't found the right npc yet.)

At a 17.6k bounty at level 8, I'm not about to pay that off just to expand my bags. Bank access and expansion can still be accessed through moneylenders in the outlaw refuges, so why not bag expansion as well? Even criminals need bigger bags! (Unless of course there is a way, and play correct me if I am wrong here.)

Criminal Scum:
50 Breton Templar Healer: Olivine Azshara | 42 Orc Dragonknight Tank: Olivine Claremont | 50 Kahjiit Safe Cracker: Cracks-The-Safes | 50 Kahjiit Serial Killer: Cereal-The-Killer <Current Bounty: 1,231,318 gold>

If merchants in general are not talking to you, then that includes the bag merchant.

The only reason they put a moneylender in the Outlaw Refuges was so that players who didn't have enough gold on a toon but wanted to pay a bounty could access the rest of their gold.

That does come with the option of increasing bank space because I don't think they have a way of removing that, so that's your option.

You can also just wait a few days for your bounty to run out and play another character in the meantime.

I'm not sure how many times it needs to be said (apparently a lot), but the justice system was never designed with the intent that people would intentionally rack-up (and try to play with) an enormous bounty.

If you want to play a criminal, that's fine, but a good criminal doesn't get caught in the act!

In short, if you have a huge bounty, you are doing it wrong.

Unless you're farming for those large bounty achievements... but even then, keeping a large bounty on you? Yeah, not so much.

Oh I know, I say more or less the same thing all the time about people who complain about bounties or guards. Because being a good criminal is easy. Very easy.

I steal stuff on all my characters without much worry of bounties, etc. Because I know how to avoid being seen and how to escape guards more or less 90% of the time. It's not hard to steal or crack safes and get away with it if you are smart about it. In fact it's kind of a joke really if you know what you are doing.

This character in particular I am referring to about bag space is my YOLO mode pickpocket and serial killer. (Hell, his name is Cereal-The-Killer lol) Bounty is irrelevant to it.

Honestly, I've been finding playing with a massive bounty and everything hating your guts to be very fun and challenging. Banking often and never carrying gold. It's almost nostalgic. Anyone who played an Iksar in Everquest back in the day can probably relate, (Especially if on the Rallos Zek server.) as that is pretty much what it feels like.

Anywhom, what sucks is having the bag expansion feature completely denied to this character. (A lot of features are denied to criminals actually.) However everything else thats needed to support it can be done on another character. Everything except bag expansions, which need to be done on the character in question.

Which is why I argue the point that this one feature in particular should be accessible to them. You shouldn't have to buy every bag expansion available before you start your crime spree, because that's a lot of gold to have on hand at one time.
