Can anyone identify Varen Aquilarios' emperor armor?

Not the old Moth Priest robes of aged Varen, but his Five Companions armor when he was Emperor in the flashback. Wondering if it can be crafted or obtained.

It's the next version of imperial armor.

All of the armor and weapon styles have an additional visual tier that cannot be accessed by players yet.

While that's kinda true, Varen is actually wearing T3, which players can get access to.
