Steel tornado and ravaged set

Is steel tornado a melee attack? Considering It has 10m radius. Would like to know before I get a ravager set

First off you should get Ravager Set regardless as it is the BEST melee dps set. Secondly i don't see why it would not.

What about after IC patch. 10 second cooldown to proc now.

Steel Tornado doesnt proc the Ravanger. Blade Cloak does.

The unmorphed version of steel tornado can proc ravager though. But it has a tiny radius.
