I've seen a few recipes as lore items but interesting idea.

There is a "Skill Book" within the Eidetic Memory called "Redoran Cooking Secrets". It contains two recipes which I believe have been converted: Crab cakes and Frog muffins. Also, under "Houses, Shops, and Trade" there are recipes for Kwama Egg Omelet , Kwama Egg Quiche, and Seafood Supper (Mudcrab Cakes and Grilled Battaglir).j
