I spent about 2 hours in game & on the net back and forth searching for information on a quest to see if I had already done it or not(yes I forgot) and I could not find anything on it that would let me know for sure if I completed it or not(guess I'm stupid). So, I wisely decided to back off on it because I was getting severely p????? off and getting no where fast(could be that my search skills suck but I doubt it). This would have never happened if this sort of information was simply listed in the quest journal as it should have been before the release of the game!
So yeah, this is something that has really bothered me for a long time and I felt it was time to get on here and get my gripe on(sorry). We NEED to have finished quests listed in the quest journal! Why this was never put in is beyond me along with a great number of other things that was and are still missing! The UI is so horribly unfinished(and its been improved since release) that if we didnt have add-ons this game would literally be unplayable and even with add-ons its still lacking. Seriously, why was such a miserable job done on something so very important??? A good UI is absolutely vital to a game so how could this have been missed out on so badly? Dose anybody know if Zenimax has plans on adding this at all or at least within our life time?(I know, I'm hoping for a lot)
Oh, and yes I know about the achievements list but it seems to only give at best vague information on the unknown quests that you did and it also dose not show ALL quests that you finished because not all quests give achievements? If this simple & basic information was available to me in game like it should be then I would have been back to enjoying my game with no aggravation at all.
I like ESO a lot and I enjoy playing it and I will enjoy playing it tomorrow as well but damn it, I hate having to come in here always angry about something stupid that should have never been a problem in the first place!
~takes a serious chill pill~
