always reading posts and then realize it's about a console thing

    There's still a lot of cross-over between the two.

    What I think would be helpful is if you could add an icon next to a topic when creating it to indicate whether it's specific to PC/Mac, PS4 or Xbox. If it's universal (like a lore discussion) you can leave it blank or add a symbol for that too.

    They stated if it's an issue for a time after launch they might separate the forums. This totally NEEDS to be done. I hate reading something and thinking What the....and realizing its console not PC. :( *rages*

    I just don't want to have to see a thousands threads like the following every day:

    WTB/WTS Vamp Bite

    Why doesn't ESO have 'insert feature'? Skyrim did
    Someone scammed me!

    That alone would remove at least a thousand threads a day from the PC forum.

    If ZOS can crack down on the LFG and bite/trade threads, then it really isn't necessary. The game itself is the same, so using the same forums makes sense.

    The game might be the same. However helping someone with problems or offering to craft items is NOT. It was bad enough with EU and NA server. Now you not only have the EU/NA but which platform someone is playing on, and they don't always mention it. I've wanted to help posters, read through half the thread before they say which platform they're on. If there are separate forums, people might get help sooner.
