ontheleftcoast✭✭✭✭✭WTH was that? I see the rider gets knocked into the river but how did it happen? Was the horse hit by a siege weapon or something? I don't play PvP so can't really figure out what is happening.

If you look closely a chain was involved. The enemy was also down there running up a hill as this guy died from the fall. Had he opened the recap window it probably would've shown what was used.Guildmaster of Power With Numbers in PS4 NA Server's Aldmeri Dominion.

The guy used that DK chain pull ability on me (not sure whats its called since Im not a DK) and he pulled me off the side of the bridge. I had no idea that ability had so much range tho.

You're thinking of Silver leash morph of silver bolts but that only works on undead and daedra. If you pause the video at 16 seconds you can see the Fiery Grip. Also I don't think the guy down below pulled you down.
