bowplar build

Hi all,

have a level 39 breton templar that is currently magicka based (heal/dps) for pvp.

was wondering about respecing and trying out a bow plar build. I realize that a nb and other races have more to gain going bow but i was wondering if my bow build would allow for the ability to deal bow range dmg and some utility.

bar 1
-snipe
-posion shot
-javalin (knockdown)
-repentence
-Blazing sheild

ult-figher guild for passive dmg increase

bar 2
-breath of light
-purify
-rapid manuevers
-immovable
-hidden cloak (40% run speed)

goal is to use snipe + poison shot to deal dmg, javalin is CC, repentence feeds my resources, and blazing sheild. bar2 allows me to purify allys, breath of light in zergs for small heals, immovable + hidden cloak to get away.

anyone have any advice for templar bow builds? anything im missing or doing as a mistake?

I never found sense in having a Stamina based Sorcerer or Templar because then your abilities are crap but I will get a million and 6 people telling me to learn how to play if I say this.

    Whoops...

Templar has several good skills that can be morphed to be based off stamina and weapon damage which work really well but other skills like the entire healing line does become a bit crap, damage shield is fine as its based off health. So for a melee/bow build can work great off stamina but a stamina based caster/healer...yeah it would be crap.

Did I successfully get that across without telling you how to play:)

Repentance scales with Magicka, it's at like 1k resources received in a vet14 stamina build. You'll probably want to replace Breath of Life with Vigor once you have unlocked that as well.

I'd recommend looking into adding a melee weapon. Bow isn't great when someone is in your face. 2h is the prefered option for Templars.
