What type of PVP is Imperial City?
Hello there, I am hoping someone can answer a question about Imperial City. The web articles are a bit vague. I am thinking that it is going to be a city with the standard merchants, some quests and public dungeons, and large areas where your "pvp flag" is turned on and everyone is a target? Does that sound about right, Ill buy it if its like that.

✭I think it's going to be more like a shell of a city, almost like a zerg train came through and killed every last man, woman, and child. The city will make for much closer combat, and ZoS has said it's supposed to encourage smaller scale PvP encounters.0 -

✭✭Nope, the only areas that Aren't PVP are the dungeons, the Safe spawn areas and where ever the crafting areas/banks and such are.

✭✭Officially it's "small scaled" pvp. Unofficially it's small scaled zerg V zerg or small scaled ganking. The reason being for this is cause @ZOS_BrianWheeler says this will scratch the arena itch most of us have but has stated many many times this will not scratch the arena itch we all have.0
