Allyhoo811✭✭✭No, players from different alliances cannot currently play together at all. They can only play against each other in PvP.
Edited to add...Players from different alliances can be in the same guild. But even then they can't actually group up and play together.Edited by Allyhoo811 on July 27, 2015 7:50PM1
