Save currency for next patch?

Anyone that's been watching ESO live or in beta know if I should save my AP/Keys for next patch? Don't want to use keys if VR16 gear will drop from chest. Assuming there will be VR16 items from cyrodiil as well.

Save your gold keys, the dungeons themselves and the chests will scale up to VR16.

Not so sure about PvP gear, all the "answers" I've seen are a bit muddy .

The important part here, is to ensure you save your gold keys etc until YOU are vr16. Don't go wasting them

new material only available in imperial city+decon of vr15-16 items

I believe it was seen in the ESO live, I don't recall what it was. It will definitely be a new material though.

Good chance at new v16 AP gear, but it wont be new stuff. If it is there its just a bumped up version of the old stuff.

I know for AP they will not be releasing any new gear, the new PVP gear will be given throw the PVP rewards you get in the mail. Watch the episode pointed out above and they explain it.

I think Eric's video is what caused some of the "muddling" mentioned earlier in the thread with regards to pvp gear. The running assumption by players is that existing pvp gear can still be purchased at v16, but we'll see tomorrow once the patch hits PTS.
