Does the Dual Wield boost help with healing too?

So I was thinking, you know how sorcs use dual wield to boost spell power or something. Could I do the same with a templar's healing abilities? To get more healing?

✭✭✭Technically yes, heals also scale off spellpower and DW does give a noticeable increase. Just keep in mind resto staff heals are also good and somewhat a must for a healer in most situations;)0 -
