Just one question: Why do you have bound armor (a toggle skill) on a bar that has zero active abilities, only buffs?

Yes, it stays active only if it is one the active bar.

EDIT: I also question the use of curse and wrath on a definitely stamina build. Those will be like cotton balls. Consider putting another bow ability and do not forget Ball of Lightning. You definitely want that one on one of your bars.

Kidding aside, I have never even looked at posted builds or read their description. I have a playstyle and just try (and mostly fail) to find something that works for me. I may end up with the same or nearly the same as millions of others, but I came to that point by testing things. I also on average use a setup for a week or two before I do something differently, be it gear wise or skill wise.

Probably the reason why I have 50 unused yellow equipment pieces in my NBs inventory and approx zero gold in my pocket...
