Has anyone else noticed that [s]Lightbringer[/s] Give to the Poor is bugged?

For the last few days I can't complete any of the Lightbringer events. When I press [E] to select the beggar they start walking very, very slowly then they shake their fist at me and say, "Curse you!" and I never get a chance to offer them payment and can't select them again.

I've had that happen, usually when I'm riding past the location, see them spawn and then try to go back for them. Can't get them to activate then.

D'oh, yeah, Give to the Poor. The map markers say both and I forgot they're different. Still, annoying as hell that it won't let me do the quests.

I get this a lot. If you don't have a chance to let them walk up to you it seems they bug out completely, and you'll have to hope they respawn again.

Yeah, happened to me too, when I notice them too late and ride past. No second interaction chance... I just shrug and move on, there's always some other time, even with rare random events...

This was one of the reasons I stopped riding my mount around maps when I was questing, I always shot past then lost the chance for the encounter.

Sadly after the zones I find I need to "farm" for these achievements or interactions as there is very little reason to go back to these zones.

I actually triggered a Lightbringer and a Give to the Poor yesterday (I'm trying to get these done on my two higher toons).

PC NA is where I'm at.
