Can't connect to eso severs (Xbox)
SO I HAVE been sitting here for the the last 4 hours trying to play some ESO but first the xbox sever go down and then the ESO severs go down. Damn I didn't pay to not play i paid like everyone else to play this game.
Personally responsible ZOS should have back up severs or a back up team ready for problems like this because its so annoying when things like this happen.

I can't play the game.
I have made my character, I select play and it says "requesting character load". Then I wait a few minutes and it comes up with a message saying " unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection". I have an Internet connection and my nat type is open. I am able to play other games online.
What is the problem? Can anyone help me play the game?
