Cannot even start ESO from dashboard.

I go to start ESO on multiple accounts, and I am unable to launch ESO. I get multiple errors, on both Xbox consoles, such as 0x87de2713, 0x87de2714, 0x87de2716, and it's telling me that it's unable to connect to Xbox live, yet I'm in a party, talking to people, I can utilize other games that I've downloaded to my hard drive, such as Assassins Creed, SMITE, Payday, you name it. They all work. I cannot start this game however, and I am way beyond frustrated at this point. Can anyone help?

Yes, I've power cycled both xbox consoles, I've cleared the saved data from both consoles, tried different accounts on different consoles.. I'm completely at a loss.

    EDIT: it just threw 0x87de2712, telling me to insert a disc, yet it's a digital copy.

    you're not alone.
    Many of us get the same problem.

    First, it was xbox live login issue.
    Then, i was able to try to login to the TESO NA server (failed).
    Now, one hour later, the game can't start, saying i need to be connected to xbox live, which i am.

    Are you sharing your xbox live account with a friend?
    because thats a license problem its happening to me too.
    We just need to wait for microsoft to fix this :/

    Xbox Live is still totally screwed up, and the NA login server is offline "for maintenance". I wouldn't count on playing ESO tonight.

    Me and my girlfriend own two different Xbox consoles. Mine is set as the "away" console, hers is the "home". I haven't had this issue before. We own one copy across both platforms due to that reason alone, but I'm the only one that plays.

    No sharing, and this is my home console.

    Reboot xbox.
    I can play neverwinter without issue.
    But trying to start TESO, it say now...i can't connect to xbox, the game doesn't load.
    Probably a Microsoft issue with the digital version of the game, plus the server emergency maintenance from TESO.

    Try to power cycle your Xbox One fully.

    Hard reboot by holding the power...sensor?

    Then, unplug your box for about 2 minutes.

    Replug, and try again. This should solve your problem.

    I've literally done every troubleshooting procedure I can come up with and it doesn't work.

    I've been having that issue for roughly 7 hours without any service alerts that are specifically towards launching digital content. And if they just now put that up, they're about 7 hours late...

    yeah ive been following it for 5 hrs, its changed many times. i just seen they added music and viceo to the affected services....so its getting worse not better lol. i cant do anything with my console but party chat. (all games wont launch)

    xbox live is having a bit problem atm they are trying to fix it this seems to happen alot these days
