Game freezes in Belknarth

Wondering if anyone else experiences the game freezing in the main city in Crag? I don't think it happens anywhere else for me, but it can happen to me multiple times throughout the day at this location. Anyone?

I've been having freezing & lag in several locations but Belknarth is the worst for me , also getting it a lot in The Rift.0 -
