What is the most effective way to level crafting? Expeditiously.

I've found roaming the merchants & stealing items to deconstruct is fine in terms of efficiency. Is there a faster way?

!!! Specifically for Woodworking, Smithing, & Clothing. The big 3. Since they are essentially the same skill.

Have a friend craft for you and break down their items, trade back the materials used and repeat.

Additionally buy/loot as many items of higher level as you can which are Intricate to get the bonus on deconstruction.

Deconstructing something a friend or another account made gives you no more XP than something that you found.

No, deconstructing is the fastest way. In fact it's the way you are meant to do it. Crafting things or even deconstructing things that you made gives very little XP.
