When you enchant a staff with flame damage does that count as spell damage or just weapon damage?

It's different. It won't be affected by your total Magicka and Stamina and some abilities that affect 'Spell damage' will affect it and some will not. Your gonna have to hit the wiki for your specific abilities if you want your answer.0
