Khajiit level 21 nightblade I pretty much focused on my stamina and got it to a 13. I wanna know what skills should I focus on what passives should I focus on , etc. Got any advice? Running a dual wield and Bow. Dont know where to use my skill points so used them on werewolf

Okay, well, if you're using dual wield and a bow, I recommend taking...pretty much all of the bow skills. They're all useful in one situation or another, especially when you're still leveling. For PVP you might end up sticking to Snipe, but that's neither here nor there.

Personally, I find myself taking most of the passives from the Assassination line on my nightblade DW/Bow. With my bow equipped, I have mostly bow skills on my skill bar, though depending on what I'm fighting I'll stick Silver Bolts (Fighter's Guild) and/or Siphoning Strikes (Siphoning, duh) on there, too. My mainstay skills tend to be Snipe OR Volley (depending on whether I need to kill a boss or a group), Arrow Spray (specifically the morph Bombard, because Bombard + Siphoning Strikes + autoattacks = permalock on anything that can be rooted), and Poison Arrow. You absolutely need Poison Arrow, because the Venom Arrow morph is super super handy. Ranged interrupts are awesome.

So...basically, take every single thing in the bow tree. They're all good.

As for dual wielding, I personally only use Whirlwind, passives, and like, mostly skills from the Assassination and Shadow trees.

Basically, things that keep your stamina regen up are good, and things that increase your damage or max stamina are good, and passives that increase your critical rating are good... I mean, basically you just pick the skills that look useful and throw skill points at them. If they don't work out, you can always reset at a Shrine of Stendarr. But don't do that too too much. It gets expensive, especially later. I recommend looking at what the skills do and planning a little beforehand. You don't need to have a whole entire build in mind when you start; the game is super open-ended in that regard, but if you want to go that route, you can always do that too. I'm sure there are some optimized builds floating around the forums, but I can't say I've actually checked. I love theorycrafting too much to use someone else's builds. XD

Oh. And for leveling, I highly recommend wearing 5 pieces of medium armor and one each of light and heavy. For the sake of maximizing your armor, make the heavy piece your chest plate and the light piece your belt. That way, you gain the most and lose the least.

Wear those until you get all three trees to level 50, because eventually you'll use them again. But as for actual skill investment, make sure you get all the medium armor passives. Once you finish leveling up heavy and light, you can replace them with medium armor pieces to maximize the bonuses, but once you're into veteran ranks and leveled the Undaunted skill line, you'll be glad you got the other two armor trees maxed while you were leveling.

I'm leveling a a dual wield and Bow nightblade these days. I tend towards the dual wield more, because I just dig sneaking up and killing folks, but the bow is cool as well. I absolutely love Silver Bolts (Fighter's Guild), have it on both bars. The morph where it hits two others really helps.
I sneak & use Shadow Cloak and then do either Veiled Strike or Ambush, and I'm one-shotting mobs half the time.
For a group of 3, I can get hidden, use ambush to jump in and take one out, then Whirlwind a few times and I'm ready to loot the bodies.

That said, if you'd rather stand a little away, you can hide and take em out with a bow. That's fun too.

My advice is to get Strife. Very helpful in the early leveling stages. Esecially if you tend to solo most of the time.

Shadow and Assassination are great for bow users. Use Teleport Strike to jump to and stun an enemy. The Scatter shot to knockback and stun an enemy. Or if you are in a group use Summon Shade and then Aspect of Terror to scare away enemies and have a battle companion chase them away, all the while you fire arrows at them. With a Dual-Wield and Bow Nightblade you can't go wrong. With the Nightblade and weapon abilities used correctly you will always have the upper hand in a 1v1 with enemies twice your level or 1v8 against similarly levelled enemies (different for PvP, enemies there aren't subjected to the full extent of stuns as they can break out)
