Unstable Clannfear and Equilibrium

Can someone test this for me I havn't got my mages guild up high enough yet, but does the sacrificing through unsummoning of Clannfear and the heal it gives count as a self heal? I was wondering if for my mage tank build this could be a reliable way to get mana back. I was thinking that plus the rebate skill in the deadric summoning may out do the cost of the resummoning the clannfear. But again I am not sure seeing as I don't have the equilibrium skill and don't know how high the magicka recieved is at higher skill levels. Just a thought while I work on my build. Thank you.

If it does, then it's a bug and it will be patched. You should not be able to heal yourself at all with equilibrium's debuff on.

The clannfear's heal doesn't because it is labeled as a self heal. The twilight matriarch's heal does however, seeing as it is an external heal from a mob, but it requires you to get very low on health and is a channel with a long cool down. This is what I recall from trying this a while ago. The clannfear part may* be outdated, would need to double check.
