Removal of Cyrodiil queue system in IC?

Since the entire dlc is based on being in cyrodiil, will they be removing the queue system and the lockouts so everyone can enter and access the content?

✭✭✭✭✭From what I've heard and read the DLC portion of Cyrodil comes after the queue so the queue doesn't seem like it's going away.
I believe that once in Cyrodil there are the access tunnels that require a faction to do XYZ before gaining access to the DLC.

✭✭No, they have said the Population caps will stay and Include those inside IC.
Access system is to be tested and determined on PTS, starting with "everyone has access all the time"
I don't think they are doing anything with the que but they did say they will be prepared to add campaigns as the need arises

I can already see IC full of afkers standing around doing nothing just to limit access to IC for others in order to gain monopoly on IC exclusive items and not let anyone else get them unless bought from them.0 -

Did you miss all the comments from PVPers who are all happy that they will be able to feed on others misfortune by stealing their TV stones? Thats how petty people can be. And if they are so happy about just killing other and taking away their work they surely have more tricks up in sleeve (that they will try to test in PTS and then smuggle into live game).0 -

The people on these forums count as about 0.01% of the total players, half the 'pvpers' likely don't even pvp and are just trolling people, so know the entirely of the pvpers won't be happy to prey on pve'sPS4 EU DC

Dark Age of Camelot, that this game essentially rips off, did it with a pvp/PVE dungeon called a Darkness Falls.
