Why'd you have to kill of Naryu?
Main quest part The Pride of the Prince, Naryu is missing so she cannot send you to the barracks to steal cheap wine while in a disguise. I must assume you killed her off so that tons of people can circle around the area saying things like "Quest still bugged?" and "Anyone see Naryu?" . Proves the devs have a dry sense of humor like me lol.

✭✭✭✭✭The more people there are doing one quest, the more likely it is to bug out. Missing NPCs are a common result.
