i am on ps4 NA server looking to buy lowest level recipes that apper in crafting writs for example :roast corn, nut brown ale etc.

Panth141✭✭✭✭✭Remember that pretty much every actual 'town' has guild merchants set up in it - generally the guilds with 'trade' in their name have more stuff for sale (!)
If you still have no luck then have a look on one of the trading websites - the mods will lock up your thread if you try to use it to arrange trades on here - perhaps we will have a trading section of the forums in the future... perhaps not.PS4 EU - Panth141 | CP 630+Dominion

Saying that, I've never had any trouble acquiring the recipes for provisioning writs - join a couple of trading guilds and hunt through the guild store -failing that hit up the guild merchants outside the major cities - most of them have pages and pages of recipes for sale - the ones you need for writs are usually only 200-300 goldPS4 EU - Panth141 | CP 630+Dominion
