i am on ps4 NA server looking to buy lowest level recipes that apper in crafting writs for example :roast corn, nut brown ale etc.

Remember that pretty much every actual 'town' has guild merchants set up in it - generally the guilds with 'trade' in their name have more stuff for sale (!)

If you still have no luck then have a look on one of the trading websites - the mods will lock up your thread if you try to use it to arrange trades on here - perhaps we will have a trading section of the forums in the future... perhaps not.

The forums aren't the place to try to arrange trades, so you won't really find that here

Saying that, I've never had any trouble acquiring the recipes for provisioning writs - join a couple of trading guilds and hunt through the guild store -failing that hit up the guild merchants outside the major cities - most of them have pages and pages of recipes for sale - the ones you need for writs are usually only 200-300 gold

thanks for the reply but i have tried searching the starting areas but can't find them and i have check 10+ different guild shops so this was really a last ditch effort to find the recipes
