I am hearing people talking about duping, I am assuming it's a couple *** just scamming people and there is no real duping right? If there is I will be pissed if they are not banned and the duped items are not removed from the economy.
The more i hear about all the console bugs, the more i'm convinced that ZOS has been working off a codebase that was forked right around PC launch and none of the PC code fixes were ever rolled back into the console code.
There was an actual duping bug on PC after launch ...
If they tell you that they need you to mail cash to Nigeria for them to dupe your items... don't do it

Yeah really hope it's just some scammers but they should be banned for that too only reason I posted on here is because I have heard about this from three different sources and once in game myself. They call it "glitching".

To be serious tho...if you could capture screen shots or vids and post them into the thread that would really help everyone

They will ban you if you do that. They have a policy on "Naming and Shaming" in threads. Also if you post anything that shows exploits or how they are done, they will delete your thread. The best thing to do is to submit a report in game, then submit screenshots or videos privately to the devs on here.

You will not get banned for reporting console activity that is against TESO rules according to the code of conduct. Please scroll to the bottom of the page and read it

That's the bug which led to removal of guild bank stacking. Console versions don't have stacking, so I doubt it's the same bug. If a bug even exists... For all we know, the OP heard baseless rumors. He doesn't seem to have personally encountered this bug.The more i hear about all the console bugs, the more i'm convinced that ZOS has been working off a codebase that was forked right around PC launch and none of the PC code fixes were ever rolled back into the console code.

Here is a snip of what I am talking about:
Naming-and-Shaming: We do not allow posts or threads that are created for the purpose of “naming-and-shaming” other community member(s). “Naming-and-shaming” is the act of creating a post to call out an individual or group by name, and making them the subject of public accusation, ridicule and/or shaming. Generally, naming-and-shaming involves an in-game situation and/or Terms of Service violation, which the ESO Community Team is unable to assist with. A certain amount of rivalry and competitive razzing is healthy for any game community, especially one with PVP elements, but naming-and-shaming goes well beyond that. It typically elevates to a point where the subject feels legitimately harassed. We believe that naming-and-shaming posts and threads can be abused and are very harmful to the community. We also don't feel that publicly calling out or accusing others by name on our forums is in spirit of the game or our community. If you genuinely believe someone has violated our Terms of Service, you should report them in-game via the support interface — do not bring the situation onto the official ESO community forums.
So if you post screenshots or videos of someone exploiting, which has been done in the past, you are naming and shaming IF their name is visible in the screenshot or video.

Hey there everyone,
We just wanted to hop in and clarify the rules on reporting exploits. Exploits should not be posted on the official forums under any circumstance, and will be removed.
Instead, we ask that exploits are reported to our customer support team with as much information as possible. You can name people in a ticket, so don't worry about the name and shame rules.
Each exploit report is investigated thoroughly and actioned appropriately. That said, we will never share the outcome of a Terms of Service investigation with another user. You are likely to receive a response that boils down to "thanks for your report," but rest assured that we'll look into it.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hey (screenshot) I came across this while playing. Is it normal or cheating , where the screenshot is only showing the character of the OP should be fine.
This post is simply a curious post.
Taking the other approach brings about a slew of forums issues
