ESO Plus Question [Technical Question, need ZOS Response]

Do we receive our Crowns each time it's renewed or the 1st of each month?

I purchased ESO Plus last month but I just received an email to remind me that it's going to renew on August 1st so I wasn't charged for July, I received the 10% bonus but no Crowns.

To be honest I'm having a similar experience.
I tried to make it right....but it seems best to just leave it alone. You won't get crowns until you're charged.

I worked with Xbox and cancelled the sub because it did renew on 7/9 but never charged me even as of 7/19.

I like getting the crowns each month like I did on PC so I re-subbed after canceling the sub renewal that didn't give me crowns and that didn't charge me.

Paid as of 7/19 and still no crowns and now support is trying to tell me they aren't going to credit me for the 7/19 crowns that I did pay for.

Just leave it alone and keep ESO Plus for free. Maybe Zenimax will start listening to us but until then keep it for free and buy crowns separately as needed.

For me, if I remember correctly, it took a few days for my crowns to show up after I signed up for ESO Plus. I didn't get them right away but I also didn't have to wait until the 2nd month. It's best to get a hold of them.
