Cyroldil Quests been nerfed?

I noticed this morning as I was doing the repeatable Cyrodil quests, instead of the 347 gold per quest I usually receive, I was getting 302. Anybody else noticed this and is this a result of something I have done or something that has been changed?

✭✭✭✭✭The reward has been 302 (for a VR1+ toon) for as long as I can remember. It seems that you were getting a 15% boost to gold from somewhere... have you changed any buffs recently?
