✭Steel Tornado/Whirlwind counts as an execute somewhat as it does increased damage to mobs with damage already, however it is not a 300% increase like a single target execute as it is an AOE. Tool tip says 100% damage increase.0 -

Yup, this is why dual-wield is a great pairing with Nightblades. They basically have all of the tools that DW is missing: gap closer and a true execute ability.0
