Bugs will not be fixed if it's not in the known issue list?

Currently there's lot of bugs I found in PS4 version, especially the stamina drain bug and Cyrodiil lag in combat make it totally unplayable for me.

If those bugs are not in the list of PS4 known issue list, they won't be fixed in next patch?

Lot of my guildmate are having the same question, we'll not come back to ESO if we have no idea of when those bugs can be fixed, can anyone in support give us an answer?

Also, Is there any update of the date for next patch?

Even if they were on the list, presuming they are genuine bugs and not just latency and corrupted sync related, you are not going to get them squashed in a hurry

Patches are not usually announced, and rarely does a ZO mod answer a question about patch dates ... its more like, when they are ready, especially if it requires a client side download to patch as well

gods forbid another 15g+ overwrite patch instead of a proper incremental on the PS4 next time
Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

    Hey Guys,

Here is the reality of the situation,

You log a bug report and which in the first place is not very clear on what is happening,
then the development team get the bug they first of all need to try to recreate the bug so that they can see what is happening,
then they need to wade through millions of lines of code to find a fix the bug,
    Yaaaaay we fixed the bug,
Now they need to test it,
    OOPS we broke something else,
Now we fix that something else,
    YAAAAAAAAY,
    Test it again,
    OOPS another bug,
    Fix,
    test,
    oops,
    etc,

That is the reality of the way software gets developed,
Only in software companies where lives depend on the software is quality really a focus,

    And lets be honest,
If ZOS said that the 1st DLC will only be available in 5 years but it will be defect free we would all freakout and moan about that too,

so lets enjoy what we have as it is freaking awesome.

Content creators =/= bug fixers. Also they need to raise the money to pay the developers fixing the bugs somehow...

ZOS' communication with players is appalling much of the time, just watch Dev. Tracker every day and you'll see how very rarely do any 'green' posts address known problems, provide any feedback on whats being done with serious issues which have existed for months, etc.

They post stuff about the Store, they frequently post warnings about forum behaviour, they rarely post useful game information.

So, @vichoi, as @OzJohnD said, don't expect to ever be told when something will be patched and don't even expect if it's on the 'known bugs' list (which is a very, VERY small subset of all known problems, even of those of some seriousness) that'll it will certainly be fixed in the next patch.
