What to do to improve my stam build

One of my chars, VR14 Nord DK. Stam based.
Main problem is that I'm nord and the passives are horrible for stam.

All points in Stamina. Total stam: 27k - total health 19k (with food and without cyrodill buffs)

Armor:
5 medium = legs, bracers, armcops, trousers and boots = Hunding
2 heavy = helm, chest = dreugh king slayer
jewelry = 1 slayer, 2 resilient (for health)
Weapons:
for dw = 1 mace night silence and 1 sword night silence
for 1h = 1 hunding mace

- Skills I use for pve:
2h bar: rally, wrecking, executioner, evil hunter, green dragon - flawless dawnbreaker
dw bar: burning breath - steel tornado - evil hunter, rapid strikes, green dragon - corrosive

I think I should chane evil hunter in 2h bar, but what to put there?
I also think I should chage rapid strikes and green dragon in d2 bar, but what to put there?
Remember, for PVE.

- Skill I use for pvp:
2h bar: rally, wrecking, critical charge, unstoppable , green dragon - flawless dawnbreaker
dw bar : burning breath - steel tornado - rapid maneuver, dragon scales, green dragon - corrosive

Weap damage is with buffs about 3k, crit just 45%
150 cp:
- The Mage: 1 precise, 1 piercing, 1 thaumaturge, 47 mighty
- The Thief: 40 warlord, 10 mooncalf
- The Warrior: 50 elemental defender

I wanna deal more damage and have more stam. Apart from more cp, can I get better build without changing the armor? You know, vr16 coming and I dont want to spend money...
i want to get caltrops, but as I dont pvp veyr much, it will not be soon...

Well you already have good weapon damage which would be the first thing to look at...

I think in terms of gear there's two things I'd say...

    1. There are 23 new sets coming in the next patch in a few weeks, and also V16, so no point doing anything gear wise until then...

    2. Do you have the 'Undaunted Mettle passive? The one that gives you an extra 2% heal/stam/mag for each armor type? If you DO... then its worth getting one of the hundings in light (Pref a small piece so you minimise the armor loss)... ifg you DON'T have Undaunted mettle unlocked (Both levels of it) then I'd suggest thats the first thing to work at.... Group dungeon achievements & gold & silver keys. This passive will give you an extra 6% on each of your stats.... that will allow you to move health into stam... which will work out at around 12% extra stamina... thats a lot & will help your dps.

Standard may give you better DPS than Corrosive armor as an ulti...

You could become a werewolf for the +15% passive stamina regen if you haven't already.

I would say to drop rapid strike's. Use DW just for AoE.

It also seem's you have Evil Hunter on 2 Bar's. You only need one.

To be honest, i wouldn't even bother looking for gear. I've pretty much stopped playing Eso until IC DLC come's out. That patch will fix exploit's(hopefully), bug's and a crap load of skill change's that we probably haven't even seen yet.

The entire game will change, new class'es will shine. New content to explore. Our whole build could change.

I would just farm for material's. Do your undaunted and save your key's. Save your AP. Stock up on Gold and be ready.

If you aren't using Evil Hunter, then you should use Flames of Oblivion. Something that gives you Major Savagery is gonna be needed. I tend to swap between the two depending on what I'm fighting. Either those two skills, or keep potions up.

What's your DPS right now? 3k weapon damage looks good to me (I have about 3k myself). Getting more stamina might be tough if you're not an Imperial. Even then, on my Imperial DK I have 30k stamina with food, but I've sacrificed health a lot to get there. With food, I have just shy of 19k HP. I use 4 piece Hawk Eye and Shadowwalker for extra stamina and weapon damage. Both have jewelry pieces, but they can be pricey. Like @Flaminir says, it might be best to wait before shelling out the gold for sets.

5 medium, 1 heavy, 1 light.... that's usually the most common top end setup for most people... that extra 6% health/stamina/magicka is just too strong to turn down.

(Or 5 light for magicka builds, or 5 heavy for tankier setups)

Also for single target... its not elaborate or very hard... but try just Rally and wrecking blow... wrecking blow... wrecking blow... wrecking blow! In PvE against bosses this should up your dps quite a bit given your weapon damage.

Daggers will raise you dw crit......I use Vipers sting (Vet 14 purple).....DW crit is in the high 60's, and a little over 3000 weapon damage. Most of the time I run Flames of Oblivion rather than Evil Hunter.....but I do switch at times.

I would add Searing Strike and remove wrecking blow or executioner.........I only use wrecking blow on bosses, it's to slow for me. I use Brawler and searing strike a lot after I charge in.... to dot them up, then switch to DW and hit them with burning breath for another DOT...thats 3 dots, steal tornado for the finish.

Standard of might on my 2-h bar, and Corrosive armor on my DW bar.....I do switch around at times though.

Our build are nearly the same, except I'm a VET 14 Imperial, same armor though.......... (I do have a VET 14 Nord DK) but I'm going to turn him into a tank and haven't played him in a while

But, if I change 1 heavy, I will lose the dreugh king weap damage...plus i will lose 1 big armor, because I have the helm and chest heavy, being dreugh both. So I think I'm losing more with that, than winning with that extra 2% mate...Or maybe I'm wrong...not sure.

We'll see with the new sets, but at the moment I think I wil not change it just to gain that extra 2%.
Yes for single target I always do that wrecking spam XD and for aoe I change to steel tornado. I mean, the typical and easy thing.

I'm gonna take a look at what you say. I'm gonna add Flames of Oblivion in 2h bar. I'm gonna use standard in dw bar too. For PVE I prefer standard over dragon leap. But I will keep flawless in the 2h bar because of the weap damage increase, and like this bar will be for bosses, it will be ok.

MANY THANKS for your help you you all!!
