He or she or it tended to keep fairly up there but yes Haderus is normally completely controlled by AD hence the homeset since it gives bonuses and since I am not VR yet I PvP in Blackwater Blades despite it being a Guest Campaign. Still though other AD players that take top on the board should have a shot at glory otherwise what's the point?

Sometimes they will drop the campaign to let someone else get to the top or just stop playing on the campaign to allow others to pass them. There's no way to make them tho, if they want to and can stay on top. The only thing you can do is not push for Emp for them again.

I know they don't reset and that the timespan ending basically gives rewards and stuff but it would be nice if the leaderboard crowned a new emperor. The mainstream campaigns save non-veteran last so long a new emperor would take ages to be crowned. Blackwater Blade is the only non-vet campaign that gets full from all 3 sides but it is normally controlled by DC with no headway being made by either AD or EP to take the keeps back and thus dethrone DC's emperor.

This is all starting to come down to the fact that very few people out of the entire playerbase will ever be emperor. They should at least have empererhood shift at the end of each campaign if anything so people have a shot at the achievement. That is after all what these differing durations are for but since everyone tends to all go to either Blackwater Blade or Azura's Star what can anyone do in the other campaigns? They just remain controlled by other factions and that's that no new emperors.

So yes, I've often thought it would be good if the campaigns actually Did reset and we started fresh each time.
Certainly would be interesting to try it out.

I'm fine with the keeps and stuff not resetting but for pete's sake crown a new emperor every reset to reward those that got top spot before the campaign ended is all I ask! I am aware some people use exploits to cheat their way up but not everyone does I am sure. At least I hope they don't...

Thing is there are thousands or even tends of thousands of players or maybe even far more than that and at this rate only .0001 of the entire playerbase will ever be emperor at any given time over the course of an entire year. The explanation and clarification provided here though makes me understand why there was a thread awhile back about the achievement and trophy...
