Expert hunter bug?

Just acquired this skill and slotted it, went into the pvp area and spotted some Vampires (my own faction) but they were not glowing? Broken/bugged?

    You mean other players in your own alliance? How did you know they were vampires in the first place? And why would you need to know which players in your own alliance are vamps?

    They just get some wavy lines like resources do if you have the keen eye perk

    A - I asked them and they told me they were vampires- and the look (stage 4)

    A2 - I need to know so I know what to look out for on the battlefield... and pick out the enemy Vampires to kill

    Sadly, no wavy lines ...

    I've never seen any animation indicating someone was a vampire. It's just appearance inst it?

    Go find some undead/daedra/vampires in PvE. Notice the glow around them while you have Expert Hunter slotted. Enemy PvP players look the same way.

    When I'm killing undead, my nb randomly casts this buff, with zero input from my controller. It was freaky as hell.

    That's because Expert/Evil/Camouflaged Hunter is bugged and lasts permanently as long as you have it on your bar, even after logging out.

    This would always happen to my toon while I was fishing. I'd be watching the rod and Woosh! he would cast the spell. I would react and lose my bait.
